Entering her 38th year at Smith College in 2026, Assistant Athletic Director for Recreation and Facilities Theresa Collins remains a cornerstone of the athletic department. Before stepping into full-time administration, she spent 16 years leading the Pioneers as head ski coach while teaching in Exercise and Sport Studies.
Oversees the Club budgets and scheduling and advises Fencing, Ultimate, and all other non-competitive sports clubs.

Jess Duff serves as the Associate Director of Athletics at Smith College, overseeing compliance, strategic planning, inclusion efforts, and event management. She was recognized as the 2021 NCAA Division III LGBTQ Administrator of the Year.
Jess is the advisor to the Rugby and Ice Hockey Clubs.

Since July 2023, Kelsey Parks Smith ’17 has served as Assistant Athletic Director for Equity, Inclusion, and Student-Athlete Well-Being. She leads department DEI strategy, creates wellness and leadership programming, and collaborates with key campus partners to support the student-athlete experience. Parks Smith also oversees club sports, supports department events, and serves on the Smith College Inclusion Council.
Kelsey advises the Cheer and Equestrian clubs.
